All components in our CDN are monitored permanently. Whenever a issue occurs, such as a crashed service, crashed server, power outage or broken link, our CDN management system is notified immediately. It automatically switches end users to other resources to guarantee the highest possible uptime.
Our NOC staff is alerted immediately as well so any node in our cloud is serviced as fast as possible. All mission critical components have a 24*7*1 SLA status and are setup redundantly.
